Noble_Lance was kind enough to post one of these over at Behind the Steel Curtain, and I noticed that there wasn't a corresponding post on Gang Green Nation. So, here I am. We (or maybe just I) are here to answer your questions and offer reassurance that you're likely to walk out with a win on Sunday.
Obviously, we have sucked this year, so if you're the type that likes to kick people while they're down, here's your chance (lol). But hopefully, this can just be a forum for good natured discussion between two very passionate fan bases.
I have some of the same questions you've probably heard a million times, but I'll ask anyway.
1) Geno Smith. Is he the real deal?
I can't, for the life of me, get a feel on this guy. He certainly appears to have the tools necessary to be a very good QB.
2). Do you think Rex Ryan is on the "hot seat"? Should he be?
A lot of people don't like him because he talks. I don't have a problem with it at all. He seems like he has his players backs, and that's admirable. Nothing he said sounded cocky or arrogant or gave the impression he's an A-Hole. Just sounds like a guy goes to bat for his men, and believes in them.
3) Sanchez. Are his days in New York over? Are you happy about it?
4) Who are you relying on in the running game lately? I have only seen one Jets game this year because I haven't been able to watch as much football as I'd like to, but I didn't recognize any of the guys. Are they a liability? Or just young guys waiting to bust out?
5) If you have one bucket that holds 2 gallons, and another bucket that holds 5 gallons, how many buckets do you have?
Let's hope for an good, injury free, game.
