The nightcap is an NFC North showdown between the Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers. It is a rematch of Minnesota's thrilling win six days ago that put the Vikings into the Playoffs and forced the Packers to play this weekend instead of getting a bye.

Christian Ponder is out of this game for the Vikings with an injury. That means Joe Webb gets his first start of the year. This was already going to be a difficult task for Minnesota. It isn't easy beating a really good team like Green Bay twice in a week. Aaron Rodgers' wide receivers are getting healthy. The Packers are going to put up points. I think Minnesota is going to have to make big plays in the passing game. I don't think they can simply ride Adrian Peterson. I didn't think Ponder was ready to trade touchdowns with Rodgers. I certainly don't think Webb is. I like the Packers.
