I promise not to put you on the same path of insecurity, that we put Hunter on after the Cowboy game.

On the other side of the spectrum, I also promise not to call you our savior if you do do well. I promise to not stop looking for other options if Mario doesn't make you look like Hunter. I promise to not look at Sunday's game as your death sentence or a long term contract. As a fan base, we are more tightly wound than most others. We want results, and we want them right away. Any sign of weakness, and we go ape. I don't want this to happen Sunday, If the worst happens with Howard. Let's take it for what it is. It would be one bad game.
