Before the 0-4 pre-season, reminder that Mark Sanchez is gonna be awful for another season, and Revis's torn ACL, we had some hope for the playoffs. Now, i really really realllllllllllllllly wanna go 2-14. I will explain why.

I've accepted the fact that we won't ever win a Super Bowl in my life time after we lost to the Steelers in the AFC Championship 2 seasons ago. But it would be nice to make it.... Or have a legit Quarterback. This isn't the NBA. We won't get cheated out of the first overall pick in a rigged lottery if we have the worst record. We will have the first overall pick. And it may be a coincidence that it's another possible-bust USC Quarterback that i wanna take, but Matt Barkley would be nice. We could trade Mark Sanchez for maybe an average Wide Receiver which i will take any day now in a heart beat.

Obviously, Sanchez isn't the answer. I know judging by my username you would think i would be kidding, but i'm not. He isn't the answer. We need a Quarterback. We need someone to step up and be a leader who is actually good on the field as well. We need to give these pissed off fans something to hold on to. Patience is a key part to building a good team. So why don't we bomb this season and lose out? We need that first pick. Matt Barkley actually has potential. My vote is clean house so we can get Matt Barkley and start off from there. Our D-line is trying to be improved, we've used our first round picks in the past 2 drafts on Defensive Ends ( Muhammad Wilkerson and Quinten Coples ).

It's just that Revis is gone and there is 0% hope of going to the playoffs. There is no point in trying. If we do try, we will end up going 6-10 and not getting a top 5 pick. You're thoughts?
