Everyone reacts to pressure and stress differently. Some people thrive from being in the spotlight, and the pressure that comes with it; and others wilt and fail. Wayne Hunter might have been one of those who could not take the spotlight. As a member of the reserve with no pressure, he did well. As soon as he became a starter, in the spotlight, he wilted and failed. Anyone drafted in top 10 of first round is in the spotlight. Aaron Maybin on the Bills failed, he came here with no pressure, he thrived. Hopefully Jason Smith, also a top 10 draft choice, is like Maybin, he thrives, provided we do not put too much pressure on him.
