You have probably noticed over the past few weeks that I have been posted less frequently. If you thought it was because we are in the dead period of the offseason, you are only partially right. I am in the middle of an exceptionally busy and important period in my real life career, one that does not give me the time necessary to give this site the attention it deserves.
You can probably tell where I am going with this. The bad news is it means I will be taking a step back from the site. The good news is that it is only a temporary stretch that will last a few months. I plan to return once my schedule opens up. I am not going to disappear either. You will still see me around these parts in the interim when I can.
In the meantime, as we head into the season, our friend David Wyatt will take over the day to day operation of the site. He will be providing direction. You can always feel free to contact me with anything you want to discuss on the site, but you will probably get a more prompt reply getting in touch with David.
This isn't really a goodbye. I am not going anywhere. I do, however, need to scale things back for a brief stretch, and you deserve the best Jets coverage on the web as we head into the new season.
