We need a multitude of positions in this draft; that is undeniable. Although we wasted salary cap space regarding Wayne Hunter and Bart Scott (by not cutting him or at least trading him for a mid-to-late pick), we busted the perfect opportunity to sign solid options at positions needed such as Michael Bush or even a Stevie Johnson to suppplement Shonn Greene and Santonio Holmes respectively. Now we take a look at the remaining free agents for those positions and we have the possiblility, in my opinion, of Tim Hightower and Braylon Edwards at best. For the draft I would like to see the following come out in the top 2 or 3 picks... If Trent Richardson falls to us...there is no debate. With the likelihood of that not happening, I say Upshaw/Ingram in the first and Toon out of Rutgers next. We already have our 2nd tight end now that we signed/soon to sign the bad a$$ rugby player out of Australia. Hunter is more valuable now that we signed him, as much as it hurts me to say that, because the guaranteed money would be too much to just let him go. For the rest of the draft/FA, I would like to see Otogwae signed, Bryan Thomas and Leonard KEPT, Smith cut, and a pick-up of another OL and DE in the draft. (I do not say RB simply because I feel Hightower would be a solid pick-up.) How about it?
