Everyone is talking about trading up for players and i usually do not agree. Something is wrong with Massie, so everyone stop calling for him like crazy. The only position that i think would make this draft great would be a rush OLB added to our 3 picks.
First, i want to say that i love the Coples pick, but Rex said he will be playing with his hands in the dirt. This still leaves us with a massive hole at outside linebacker. And after Pace is cut next year and Thomas is let go we will have to fill 2 holes at outside linebacker, even if we are going to a 4-3. Cam Johnson from Virginia and Ronnell Lewis from Oklahoma are my top two targets. Some people think Johnson is a better fit for a 4-3 team but since it looks like we are playing in that set more this year he would be a great addition. I watched him at the senior bowl and he looked great getting to the QB and is a good upside pick this late in the draft. Lewis is my favorite player left, ran a 4.69 in the 40 and lays big hits. hes not a weak guy either bench pressing 225lbs 36 times! and to continue from the boom or bust attitude we seem to have in this draft read this from Lewis's scouting report "Ronnell Lewis sometimes suffers from hot and cold production, but when the light turns on, he flashes something special. Lewis made a name for himself making bone-crushing hits" okay that second sentence wasnt needed but i threw it in anyway, but my point is bring this guy in, rotate him in with BT and Pace and let him get after the QB and lay some hits, so by next year we can find out if we found ourselves a late steal with a guy who was projected to be picked in round 2-3
