This guy needs to be on our radar in round 2

When you think of ground and pound, you think naturally of running the football, controlling the clock, wearing out the D, then making big gains with your playmakers. Can you do that with this team consisting of Ferguson, Joe McKnight, Nick Mangold, Shonn Greene, Brandon Moore, Bilal Powell, and the Exalted One? Maybe you can go half way by wearing out the D. Shonn Greene is a big, sturdy back who always goes forward. However, he doesn't often run over people, evade tackles, run past people, or use cutbacks. Joe McKnight is a nice receiver and return man but he hasn't exactly been Mr. Playmaker himself, he's broken very few plays outside of special teams and may purely be a 3rd back type occasional sparkplug player. But it would be great to have a back who not only has the speed to break long ones, but can also evade tacklers, cut back, and be a playmaker that we don't have? Well, there is one on the board...

Lamar Miller RB, Miami (2011) (via thereaper)

I realize Miller likely fits a zone blocking scheme better than Sparano's man blocking, but running to scheme can be taught. Natural speed and burst cannot. He's a decent 212 and run an official 4.40 flat at the Combine, faster than Chris Rainey and LaMichael James. Not the most powerful guy, but certainly not a pansy either. My favorite thing is that he's patient... maybe too patient... but when he sees that hole, his burst is great. Imagine having Shonn and Tebus Christ wearing down the D with power all game, then telling them to come chase this jackrabbit and don't lose contain. High yield gains is what it's all about, fellas.
