Bryan Thomas to be Resigned?

This is very odd to me. Resigning Thomas won't come dirt cheap and he isn't worth the money. OLB can be addressed in the draft, and the team barely missed him last year when Maybin, Westerman, and McIntyre filled in for him. Seems stupid, considering we have other FAs to sign.
