Ok so none of you know me but I have been a Jets fan my entire life and have read this site, and all other sites relating to the Jets, religiously (no pun intended) for the past year. I'm not big on commenting and didn't even set up an account until about a week ago, but I really enjoy this site as I have found it to be the only reliable and update Jets blog.

All of that being said I had to post on what is going on with the site and our team. The arguments for an against Tebow have been coming in since he was even suggested as a possible addition to the team and all have been beaten to death. Either way at this point he is a Jet. Despite the fact that it was a complete attempt to gain headlines, Tebow is now on my team and I will root for him to do well. However, as of late I have been reading the site only to find comments from completely new "fans" or bandwagoners and it kills me. These people can't be Broncos fans even though all of them have subscription to the Broncos site. No these are not real football fans, these are Tebow sheep. A recent fan post about Bart Scott remaining on the team gained 6 comments while a post about the Tebow fan club has over 700 posts with all of them rec'd. Are these people crazy? This is a football QB and a bad one at that!

This site is being over run by Tebow fans and I am sad to see the Jets fans being diluted by these people. They will never root for our team but rather will scream TEBOW until Sanchez gets benched and Tebow enters, signaling the end of our season. These people care only for their beloved Tebow and will follow him as he gets cut by the Jets the following year. I hate being this pessimistic, but it just feels like this is going to happen this way.

The Tebow trade goes down as another awful decision by the FO of the Jets. This is not a football decision but rather a PSL and jersey seller. It makes me sick. That and the hire of Sparano who is just another idiot from the Parcell's family coaching tree. He has never run an offense before and while I am happy to see Shotty go, this just doesn't feel like a great hire. Plus the wildcat proved to be a one year wonder with his Dolphins. Not to mention Wayne Hunter and Eric Smith, but all that is besides the point.

Ok, I am done with my piece. I don't know what can be done with these fans, but I wish there was some sort of fan sorter where only true Jets fans could access this site because it saddens me to see what is generally the only intelligent Jets discussion on the web being destroyed by these poser fans.
