If you are a betting man I guess they are worth some cash but otherwise nothing but an I told you so IF you hit it.
I dont like the Tebow move as well as 80 percent of everybody. But if you had asked any of us if we thought that the Jets would have ended up a soup opera and 8-8 we would have laughed. We have a new offensive coordinator that somehow won with Matt Moore and knows how to run an offense when the tools are there. Will the Tebow circus help or hinder? We will see. Training camp has not started, heck the draft is weeks away. Lets wait till we see something in pre-season before we talk about the move, and even then they might not show us what they are really going to do.
As always we have to have some faith, its what being a fan is all about. One year, one season will tell us if this team is actually going somewhere. I hate to say it but this might be Rex's make or break year. Not saying he is going to get fired but if he does not improve the team then we know that he is not really head coach material. Too many predictions, too many expectations, they have been worth not much more than a tease and a headache. I will always be fan but like the mets and Jets of the past I might have to sit down and watch instead of cheer. It has been exciting these last eight years.
What do you guys think? If the Tebow experiment doesn't work out, do we start over or do we keep going down the same road hoping it actually goes somewhere? Is it Rex's and/or Tanny's make or break year? What do you predict will happen this year?
PS: Is it too crazy to want Tebow to play linebacker and cover Gronkowski?
