Trading down in the first round?

I know that many of you are interested in trading down in the first round, in order to stockpile draft picks. I believe that this is a very good idea, as it is a very deep draft. One prospect that intrigues me is Stephen Hill, WR out of Georgia Tech. For some reason, I have not heard many people on here talking about him. He is a physical specimen, at 6 foot 4, 215 pounds. He would provide a huge deep threat for Sanchez. According to various mock drafts, he should be taken in the 20's of the first round. If we traded down into the 20's, we may be able to compile an extra 2nd round pick. Therefore, our picks in the first 2 rounds could look like this:

Round 1- Stephen Hill

Round 2- 2 Pass Rushers

This draft is very deep with pass rushers, so I would love to pick up two pass rushers in this draft. You can never have enough pass rushers, as shown by the Giants.

Would you guys be for or against this draft strategy?
