Mike Tolbert signed a 4-year deal with the Carolina Panthers. DeAngelo Williams also has a large contract. That leaves Stewart the odd man out. He could be traded.
I think the Jets needs to get on this. If we want to be a ground and pound team, J-Stew would be an excellent addition. Very good runner between the tackles and a very good pass catcher out the backfield. Averages 4.8 YPC, and is only 24. Would be an upgrade over Shonn Greene.
Jets would be wise to pursue J-Stew. Make it happen Tanny!
