Super Bowl XLVI Game Thread

Some have billed it as the biggest nightmare matchup for Jets fans. The truth is just about nobody aside from the fans of these two teams is happy about seeing these two teams meet in the Super Bowl.
So far in the Playoffs, my prediction record is 7-3, although oddly the three losses were all games where I felt really confident in my pick. Today I like the Giants. I think the Patriots are a better team over the course of a sixteen game season, but the Giants are a real matchup problem for them. The Giants have the quarterback and receivers to exploit New England's horrible secondary and the pass rush to disturb Tom Brady. Rob Gronkowski's health also could be an issue. Then we finally will be done with this horrible NFL season.

we’ve lost to the superbowl winners and losers 3 years in a row. thats it… im rooting for a green and white jets game next year.
You know guys, Maybe this season wasn't all horrible for us
It was a humbling experience that we can learn and get better from. And watching these two teams in the superbowl will make this team hungrier than ever. I think they took the success of the past 2 years for granted a little. I think this because Matt Slauson mentioned this comment after the season finale, “We got in the playoffs the last two years, so i guess we just assumed it was going to happen again, but it never did”.
thats about it... we have to hope we can get the fire back next year.

I love NBC sunday night football. We got three this past year, i doubt we’ll get that many this year, but i’m hoping we get at least one.

Apparently now each team will have a Thusday night game following a Sunday game as well. NFL Network normally gets the 8 games a year and now that expands to 13 this coming year.

Pro Bowl might be gone too unless they can "find ways to improve it".
