Do you want Rex Ryan back next year?

I've kept my mouth shut for the last few months because I was taught that when you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all.

I became a Jets fan because I saw Rex Ryan in 2009 and fell in love with his style of coaching, and how he was able to churn out wins with 1 megastar at an invisible position and some of the most average players in the league.

Unlike all of my Giants fans friends and family, I love his bold talk. I love the swagger, I love the claims, but more than anything else, I love the numbers. His 34 wins in 4 straight seasons is 2nd most out of any coach in team history. Not to mention he has more playoff appearances and wins than any coach in team history.

As stated before, I like how he has made the defense a perennial top 10 defense with one star and a just-above average supporting cast, and I want that success to continue.

I want Rex to be around in 2013, and for 15 more years after that. Don't forget, it took many of the best coaches in league history many years to get to their first Superbowl, and often many years more to get their first win in one.

I believe that with some adaptability - which I believe that Rex is capable of - we can create a real winner.

But what do you feel? Does Rex deserve to stay or go, based on either his total body of work or the past 2 failures?
