As it has been stated numerous times in threads and comments, major changes need to happen on this team. My big fear is that we win out the rest of the games and end up 9-7. Why do I fear this you ask? After all winning is good right. Well yes and no. In this case winning may not be such a good thing. If we win out maybe sneak into the playoff's maybe not, that's not the issue. I am afraid of going 9-7 and having REX and Tanny touting how the team finished strong. I can see Rex now saying once we get guys back from injury we will be Superbowl contenders next year. I can see them touting the great defense and how we turned things around and won our last 5 games completely ignoring the inefficiencies of this team a failing to make significant changes for the future. I am afraid of you REX. I am afraid if we win out you will fool yourself into thinking the current team is a serious contender, I am afraid woody will stand by and do nothing, I am afraid the front office will not do enough believing we are just a journeyman away from contending. I want to win just as much as any JET fan I am just afraid of what it may cost us with this coach and front office.
