Let me be one of the first to wish all my fellow Jets fans a Happy Thanksgiving. Even among the bleak economic times, and the frustrations that we are having with the Jets' season, we have SO much to be thankful for...Freedom, a great country and continent, family, homes, jobs, education, plenty to eat, warm clothes, good health, vision, hearing, friends, football, fellow suffering Jets fans and much, much more.

Jets-related, I am grateful for you and for this great site. I am thankful that even though we may disagree on what's best for the future of the team, the Jets have some young talent that we can get excited about like Wilkerson, Kerley, McKnight, Coples, Davis, Reuland, and possibly Hill and a few others. I'm thankful for our punter Malone and kicker Folk. I'm thankful that Hunter and Schottenheimer are no longer with the team. Finally, I'm thankful that things aren't worse (no matter how bad things are, they can always be worse).

I hope that you're all stop and give thanks today for your blessings.
