I know there is a story up all ready on GGN about the Jets trimming the roster and leaving an open spot. But now we have Jason Hill being waived on Monday or early Tuesday. Today(Wed.) I open my local Sports page here in London,Ont. and see in the transactions that the Jets have waived Marcus Dowtin, LB. That's puts the roster at 49 or 50 depending on how you're counting these days? I haven't seen any corresponding roster additions so why couldn't these moves be made on Friday? What happens if someone comes up lame today or ill tomorrow? I just think the handling of the roster this year has been very amateurish for a team that is supposed to be so professional. Opinions?
