2-2. First place in the AFC East. You would think that we are doing fine right now. Nope. The way we are playing does not reflect our record or our placement. We should have lost the Dolphins game. I think we all can admit that. We can not stop the run. Our best defensive player is gone for the year. We have no pass rush. We barely play our first round pass rusher, or our leading pass rusher from last season. Our QB has been terrible except for the first game. Our WRs are hurt, and inexperienced. Our "#1" WR is done for the year. Our starting RB has a 2 something YPC. We do not play arguably our most explosive player at his normal position. We traded for a "QB" to use in our wildcat, and we barely use it, and when we do, it is not effective. Our MVPs are our kicker and punter. Look, I try to stay positive. I really do. But, what now? People are saying we still can make the playoffs, and all of that, but does anybody really think we can win the Super Bowl? I certainly do not think so. Before the season I thought there was a really good chance we would. I think our problem is our management. Our GM has got a team with no depth and not really addressed our needs. Our owner cares more about money and the back pages. Our coach is a DC and is too stuburn. Our scouting has done bad. We are done. Yes, we have an easier schedule as it goes on, but our team has no offense and an average defense. What I think we should do? Rebuild. Get rid of Pace, Thomas, Scott, Slauson, and whoever. Get rid of Sanchize and Tebow. We have to. Look forward to the draft. I know it is kind of bad to say look forward to the draft after 4 games, but we just won't be able to compete with this team. We have to draft a QB, a RB, a pass rusher. Chop Tanny. Get rid of Cavanaugh. Make changes. The only way we can compete this season is if Sanchez SERIOUSLY steps up, and I really do not think he will. He has not gotten better at all since his 1st season. Don't give me the Drew Brees or Eli Manning comparison, because for every Brees and Eli, there is many other QBs who just do not do anything. I will be pleasantly suprised if we some how come together and win the Super Bowl, but I am not sure how.
