Hurricane Sandy has caused the NFL to move it's trade deadline back two days to Thursday

I hope you are all staying safe with the Hurricane coming in thick and fast.

Due to Hurricane Sandy the league office has had to close through Tuesday, which has resulted in the trade deadline being put back.

All 32 teams were notified Monday that the league's offices would be closed through Tuesday because of the storm. So the deadline now is 4 p.m. ET on Thursday, when waivers for vested veterans also begin.

The trade deadline for the NFL has never been as entertaining as it's counterparts in the MLB and NBA, and I'm not hearing anything in relation to the Jets. Never count out Mike T at the deadline, but I can't see anything major happening.
