Dustin Keller trade rumors?

I'm not sure if anyone can confirm this, but I just read Dustin Keller was rumored to be traded. Has anyone heard of this? Here's the link where I read it.

But only because he is likely the only player we have with good trade value. But I never heard it said any where else.

I heard it once on NFL today actually in that review of the teams they are talking about.

Makes sense since he’d have the most trade potential.

The only guy that has decent chemistry with Sanchez is Keller. Led the team in receptions, Why? Couple of reasons, Dustin is in his contract year, his value is at an all time high, the Jets are traditionally cheap when it comes to paying TE’s ( remember TE Chris Baker), Sparanos offense requires more of a blocking TE.
Cumberland is coming off a serious injury and Josh Baker has barely played but they both look like potentially good TE’s.
Trading Keller is not a good football move, I guess unless your trading for another player, possibly a WR .

The only way this would remotely be a good football move

Is if it were a trade for an elite Safety…and im talking Earl Thomas or T. Palamalo talent level. For a truly elite safety I would throw Keller and our 1st RD draft pick for another teams ELITE safety and their 2nd….maybe 3rd
Other than that this is a very very very bad Idea…
