I am just curious as to why so many Jets fans loved Callahan so much. D'brick took a step back this year and other than Mangold the O-line and its preparation was sub standard. To boot, our running game was also below league average. A guy like Sporano is perfect-he is a leader and players WANT to play for him. He gave Matt Moore a playbook that enabled him to compete. He kept the Dolphins locker room positive and won ball games when most teams mail it in--Tony is the anti-santonio.
