Hue Jackson as OC RIGHT NOW!!!!
This guy is absolutely the perfect fit for our offense and needs to be hired
1. Dude loves running the football and does it very well as evidenced by Oakland's offense the past 2 years. If Michael Bush can be a stud in that offense Hue can do wonders with Greene and Mcknight and our O-line
2. Has shown he can develop QBs as he worked with Flacco his first 2 years and turned Jason Campbell into a solid starter this year. I can think of few coaches who are available that i would rather partner with Sanchez
3. Ties to Rex from days in Baltimore and has no problem getting on his players. Hue will chew your ass out and hold everyone accountable which is what we need to fix our locker room issues

The best point you make is the fact that he gets on his offense.
Shotty hides from his offense. I would love to see a guy get up in someones grill when they eff up on this team. We need that really bad.
I'd love to see this happen
but i have a feeling it probably won’t….
As a players coach
Rex could use a guy like Hue to lay down the law. Westy definitely is tough on his guys, and Pettine seems to be as well.
and the HOLMES of the... JETS!!!

Am I just me? Or am I hot in here?
He'd be perfect...
He was probably fired because of his press conference after the last loss because he was saying such bad things about his players…but that’s what we need! He’s a hard ass that Rex isn’t! So happy to hear he was fired…
But I disagree about Flacco…Flacco sucks…
HJ as new OC
Sparano as new O-line coach, given that callahan will probably bolt if he doesnt get the OC job
Del Rio as defensive assistant HC/LB coach.
All these moves provide a much needed voice in the locker room, and a kick in the collective pants since RR is unwilling to be ‘mean’ to his players..

On the thing about Rex being too soft
Supposedly he had a Rexplosion at the offense after the ravens game
im all for it
Its a new voice that doesnt take sh*t off of his players and it will probably be better for our entire team
.... well?
Flacco has not really developed that far under Jackson in 2008 and 2009 and likewise Campbell at the Raiders … he couldn’t really hold down the position until the start of this season.
I’d rather go with Callahan as OC and bring in Sparano for the OL
Both were decent QBs
Both were decent QBs under Hue and neither probably had the talent that Mark has on both sides of the ball.
