Here are a couple of free ideas

First: In Greek numbers 33 is λγ’ (ΛΓ). Some Byzantine script would look nice.

Second: In Geek
33 is XXXIII in Roman numerals, right?
So you get: a bottle of Dos Equis beer (XX)
A football team (the Jets of course, and since it’s Smith, the defensive unit)
and since you have II left, two eyes.

Third: Make the number 33 out of Jet planes or Jets photos (maybe Eric Smith tackles)
