Can we still bring Braylon back?

So this is my first fanpost. I am a diehard Jets fan and go to school up in Boston. Nothing felt better than that win against New England in the post season, and I have to agree with an earlier poster that Braylon brought a ton of intensity to that game. He literally put the team on his back when he carried two all-pro New England defenders into the end zone in Foxborough for a score.

Now that we didn't get Nnamdi, landed Burress and Cromartie, and put Cotch on the trading block, my question is: Can we hang onto our Braylon?

I think we can. Look, I love Cotchery as much as any other Jets fan. The guy has been with us for a while, and despite the fact that the rest of the league doesn't even know who he is, he's as ballsy as they come. That catch in Cleveland proved just how tough as nails that guy is. However, I definitely believe that Braylon would be a younger, more talented upgrade. I am much more confident in going 1. Holmes 2. Edwards 3. Burress than 1. Holmes 2. Cotchery 3. Burress. We do not know how Cotchery is going to be able to come back from his surgically repaired back and Edwards is a talented, young receiver who still carries Cotch's Jet intensity and attitude. Both guys love playing for the Jets. Cotch has had a great career as a Jet, but if we can unload him, would it be possible to bring Bray back?
