I know no one on here probably cares but I secretly had a man crush on Kerry Collins.  I don't even know why.  Growing up my dad would take me one year to the Jets the next year to the Giants so yes... i grew up a Jets/Giants fan but he had a friend who was a die hard Jets fan so I always had to side with the Jets during exhibition games so I always favored the Jets as the more favored team which is where I stand today and followed Collins' career.  I always wished to see Collins in green and was really hurt when the Jets took Brunnel because I just always wished they had taken Collins instead.  Not that I think he was even an option...  I can totally see everyone disagreeing with me on here but whatever.. this is a fan post afterall and I'm a Jet fan.. and a Collins fan so I'm posting lol.  I want to see Ryan call up Collins and convince him to replace Brunell as a Sanchez backup!  Who's with me?

Ah well... for my sakes anyway... hats off to Kerry Collins... he gave me pleasure to watch and that's what football players are suposed to do for fans afterall.   Sometimes we forget it's not always the Jersey's we root for... we can root for players too right? (:
