Yea Asomugha would've been nice. I am a little disappointed to think that him and his agent may have used us as contract bait but I feel like we'll walk away from this even better then we would've with him. Instead of us being dominant against the pass, we will be able to bring Braylon back (thank goodness) and we can bring back Cromartie... Or we could sign Nate Clements who was recently released by the 49ers.
Clements would give us a short term solution that would be cheaper and great to play opposite Revis. Plus he would give Wilson another year or two to develop at the position. He has been facing and been challenged by number one receivers for a while. I am not too sure what kind of a player he is, but I think he would be a good short term player. Thoughts?
Oh and guys, we have been to two AFC Championships without Nnamdi; so keep your heads up guys... We will be competing again, and who knows; Mr.T always seems to put together the right moves to get us above the hump.. Nnamdi is only a minor bump in the road
