There is a good chance neither Chad Johnson or T.O. will be returning to the Bengals next year, so they are going to need to add something to their passing attack. Baldwin has the potential to develop into a number one reciever in the NFL. He is a big possesion receiver who's not afraid to go over the middle, take a hit, and keep the chains moving.
I feel kinda like I'm cheating because John B just did a post on him, but here it goes. Baldwin has a big frame at 6'5 225 pounds that gives smaller DBs a real challenge to cover. He uses his body to shield off corners and make the tough catch. He has great leaping ability but needs to work on his timing a bit more. When he's focused, he has excellent hands that he combines with his longs arms to make catches outside his frame. Hard to bring down, and generates good Y.A.C.. Another things he's got going for him is above average speed, running a 4.45 at the combine.
He still needs to work on his route running a bit, and beating the corner at the LOS. But with some good coaching he could be a multiple Pro Bowler.
