So one of the biggest things is that people believe we will get Phil Taylor in the 1st. (Most I know that's not the desire of everyone but its pretty close to lot of people's wants and needs for the team.) My question is, from the top 20 range of guys who would be falling from grace to 30, who would you want to land as a Jet?

Note I say top 20 as in the most commonly mocked in the top 20, I keep it at that range because I think anything below that can more easily land at 30 compared to say Von Miller or Patrick Peterson.
