Kenrick "THE FREAK" Ellis

Universal Draft Presents DT Kenrick Ellis at the 2011 NFLPA All Star Game (via ckparrothead)

6-5, 350

He's a monster.  He can't be blocked solo, and even drives back double teams.  He spins out of blocks, changes direction and pursues.  He can be used on stunts.  He can play the nose or out at DE.  Guys that big just aren't supposed to be that athletic.  He's a little raw in his technique, but with some good coaching the sky's the limit for him.

People will read the scouting reports and the supposedly professional mock drafts and they'll tell you he's not a first round talent.  I vehemently disagree.  I challenge you to find somebody his size that has his athleticism.  [FYI Jerrel Powe (another top NT prospect) played in the same game and I wouldn't have even noticed him if I wasn't specifically looking for him.]  This guy, Ellis, is a freaking freak.  Once he gets coached up a little bit and learns to fire lower out of his stance, and learns how to use his body, he will be an unstoppable force.

I said it before and I'll say it again: Kenrick Ellis + Rex Ryan = DOOM
