What we can learn from Winning the "Tebow Way"

Winning the Tebow Way may have some insight to solving some of the Jets problems on offense
When he gained control of this team, John Fox knew what he was getting himself into a down trodden losing team, that had very little to offer in the way of any playoff appearances any time this decade. Facing this, John Fox had a unique choice, he could have emulated what the league has been doing the past 5 years on offense, by implementing a generic offense which utilizes lots of passing. The problem with this choice is, no matter if it was Vince Lombardi coaching , John Fox lacks the tools on this current denver team to compete with this era's offensive schemes.
Instead of taking Tebow and fitting him into a system, Coach Fox decides to build a system "around" Tebow, utilizing his strengths and limiting the possiblites of his weaknesses coming out and runing games. This is a brilliant move, and while Tebow still remains a sub-par QB and at times seems to be shaky, Coach Fox has given the oppurtunity to a team that had no positive outlook at the beginning of this season. Tebow's strengths are just enough to pull off wins with the rest of this denver team.
Point is, perhaps OC Schottenhiemer can learn something from this ideology. Sanchez has amazing strengths, far more versatile than Tebow. Sanchez, (when givien the oppurtunity), CAN be an accurate passer, CAN throw the ball 30 yds down field, Sanchez, CAN make smart throws and make big plays. However these things are only possible if the system hes in fits those strengths.
Am I saying undernearth the lackluster performance thus far this season by Sanchez, lies a Hall of Fame honor in His name? By no means... not yet anyways, and not in this fashion... He has plenty to blame for on serval games this season... However, if OC Schotty can understand that Sanchez is still in the developmental stage and needs to be DEVELOPED, he may have a chance at becoming a contributor to the offense, rather than a deterrant. Despite what many critics say, I see promise in Sanchez. Given the right gameplan that accenuates his abilities and a decent enough Pass Block, sanchez can take this Jets team to the SB... until then even if we get into the playoffs, we wont last...
