NYT piece on Schotty was a nice read.
But seems to me to highlight the deep-seeded, inherent issues at play. He’s reactionary. He doesn’t dictate. The genesis of everything he does is based on what the other guy is doing. He’s not creating based on our strengths. He’s letting the opponents do what they do, and trying to find the weaknesses within that to exploit.
That mentality is the mentality of a loser.
