This is unrelated to the jets as of now, but to football in general. Today ive witnessed several, blown calls by officials and calls that were blatanly ignored in favor of teams that are obviously favored by Referee's over others. I saw a giants games where a fumble occured and because the ref deemed it "unchallangable" then the giants get away with a a play that then turns out to become a touchdown, putting the giants into the lead, with 3 min left. And again with the patriots raiders game, where pass intereference is called in favor of Brady's bunch where it was hardly any contact and against raiders where there was no such penalty. My question is, if the refs police the game to make sure the rules are followed, who polices the refs to make sure they call a clean game? There are no real punishments for refs who posses the power to alter the outcomes of plays with bad calls, so whats to stop them from making bad calls? Bootom line is, Football is FIXED! Need more oversight on those that hold the keys to the gates of victory...
