Rex Ryan is sure to have some great quotes for the AFC Championship Game against the Pittsburgh Steelers this week. He said the game against the Colts was personal because he has a bad track record against Peyton Manning. He said the game against the Patriots was personal because of 45-3. Rex isn't one to go away from something that is working.
Fortunately he has some material to work with against the Steelers. Rex spent about a decade in the same division. He was part of the Steelers-Ravens rivalry, one of the most bitter in football.
Two years ago, he was in the AFC Championship Game on the field the Jets will visit this Sunday. It was his final game as Ravens defensive coordinator. He lost that one.
That is my guess as to how this game is personal for Rex. What is yours?
