PrintIt was two years ago tonight Gang Green Nation launched. I started writing a blog by myself that had a few Packers fans interested in Brett Favre reading it. I hoped one day this site could eventually become a great gathering place for Jets news and intelligent discussion. Two years later, I think we have become that. The past year has seen incredible growth. We've added that talented stable of writers, passed one million hits, and even scored an interview with a Pro Bowler.
A lot of people deserve credit. The folks at SB Nation sure do for putting us in a position to prosper. Mainly, though, we are only where we are today because you have been willing to stop by again and again and have such great intelligent discussion. Thank you all for stopping by and becoming part of our community.
Here's to making our third year the best one yet.

I’ve only been a writer for several months, but I have been reading for about a year now. This is one of the most professional sites around, and we get some good discussion here. I think the FanPosts that allow everyone to get a message out really drive this thing.

The best site to talk Jets football. Indirectly, I like to think GGN had a hand in getting the DR back in the house with all our posting and arguments about him. Don’t you think they were reading GGN to see how the fans felt and what was being said?
Though I didn’t like how DR went about things I’m glad he’s back and let’s play some Jet Football, Monday nite is going to be awesome.

Great to pass the 2nd birthday mark and be able to see the progress in action.
Definitely appreciate John for bringing me on board and all the writers who put it a lot of work. As well as all the people who work with us from other sites, and of course everyone who visits and comments. Wouldn’t be here without you guys, so definitely appreciate it.
