Darrelle Revis : We Are All Relieved

                       You were dead to me Darrelle Revis. Dead. I won't apologize but I will forgive you.

Over the last few months Darrelle Revis and his ongoing contract negotiations absolutely dominated GGN and rightfully so. There's been all types of ideas forming, from trading him to letting him sit for 4 years. We've been racking our brains trying to find the best way to resolve the situation. This eventually lead to intense arguments and rifts between our fellow blog mates. These were dark times in GGN and Jets history but its time to put it all behind us. Lets bury the newly famous phrase "Pay the man" once and for all. Finally us Jets fans can breathe a sigh of relief and get our fan confidence back to where it belongs. For Dolphins fans reading along, sorry but Marshall is gonna be one of the newest castaways on the dreaded island.

I wonder Darrelle, what made you finally come to your senses? Was it watching the Jets preseason game? Did something come over you watching our Green and White play without you and hold their own? Maybe it could have been the Calvin Pace demolishing of Eli Manning? Did it spark a desire to play physical Jet D once again? Have you laid your eyes on my previous post "Darrelle Revis : We Are All Victims"? Did it bring you back down to earth? Or did you take the most respectable route? Did you finally realize the word compromise was that best friend that you always argue with even though you knew you were wrong? Have you finally accepted that money isn't the most important thing? Whether its one of the reasons above or one of a different intention I'm glad to see you back. Can we move on and keep this train moving? I'm expecting a apology in the form of a open letter to the fans from you Schwartz and Feinsod Revis.

In honor of Rex, lets make this fucking Super Bowl run and show every motherfucking team out there that they don't stand a chance in hell. Who gives a shit what happened last year. Being 30 minutes away from the Super Bowl doesn't mean shit, what matters is what we do this year. Lets get our fucking shit together and play some Jet football! By the way, can we get our fucking fan confidence back up now? What the fuck guys, bitching isn't what Jets do, vote 100 on every fucking poll from now on! Now lets go get some snacks!

I gladly forgive you for what this situation has done to me and all other Jets fans out there. When you walk through the door I'm sure someone actually would be delighted to kiss you endlessly and honestly, I don't blame him not one bit. Welcome back.
