Depleted RB Depth
Okay, so it's definitely way too early to start talking about McKnight being a bust because he hasn't even suited up on the active roster, but what's the deal with keeping him and letting all these other RB's get jobs for other teams?
First we ship Leon to Seattle-I'm fully aware of the issues, especially with his contract and injury-but that was seemingly a poor decision especially from a personal moral standard. Go ahead mock me for thinking it was a low blow and cheap shot.
Then we let the little engine that could, Danny Woodhead, prove he's a complete football player with unique play making ability go to a divisional rival. Again, a fan favorite that deserved to be on the team. I'm very happy to see him have a chance for success and score his first TD, but for the Cheats, no thanks, can't watch that!
Now we let Chauncey Washington go, I realize anyone can scoop him up off the PS, but he also proved he could contribute especially on Special Teams.
All of this mind you happened because we drafted McKnight who hasn't proved anything except that he has a weak stomach and can't hang on to the football or manage to run without tripping over his own feet. On top of all that, we needed to add Clowney to the active roster-for what? So, he can run a straight post route and suck on special teams. Oh, maybe it's because he's a humanitarian and we felt bad about the whole Leon situation.
All I'm saying is McKnight better prove he was worth a fourth round pick. He was drafted in the fourth with the expectation of replacing Leon, but it looks more like he is going to be like Rhodes.
God forbid we lose LT or Greene to an injury and we are screwed!

I totally agree with being worried about RB depth
I brought it up earlier today that if Greene or LdT get nicked up, we are in a little trouble. I am not sure who should be cut to keep Woodhead (or another RB)on the roster, but a team that Rex wants to live and die by the run, they are cutting it a little closer then I am comfortable with.
.
With Woodhead, it was just one game but I think he is better them a lot of people give him credit for. Lets see how he does with a real shot over a few games, but I think we will regret either letting him go or him being on the Pats roster.
"Sorry bro, he Jason Bourned me"- Drama
I think Danny Woodhead sucks.
I know it is mean and stuff, but running for a TD against the Bills isn’t something to get over excited about. He’s undersized and it’s not like he is even faster then average. You know Leon hasn’t even gotten a touch outside of returning kicks? You wanna pay Leon 5 million to return kicks? The Jets offered him more than they probably should have, he turned it down, and snapped his leg. But we gave him a low blow. Brad Smith has proven he is a good kick returner.
agree about Woodhead
PEOPLE IT WAS AGAINST THE BILLS!!!!! They just gave up 200 plus yard to the PATS!! I hope he stay with the Pats, then the Jets surely don’t have to worry about the run. People forget, he had his chance towards the end of last season. He skunked it. I wish McKnight would play, because, i’m scare the Jets are starting to overwork LT.
Xaviar Omon to the practice squad
6th round pick of the Bills in 08, spent time on Seattle PS. tremendous small college recorf , big 225 pound back, no speed , between the tackles guy. lets see
