Jets Flight Connections 09-28-10
QB Mark Sanchez has been living up to our expectations. HC Rex Ryan is not underestimating Buffalo. LB Jamaal Westerman has a legit injury and says he should have drank more Gatorade. Rex bathed OLB Jason Taylor with it. OLB Calvin Pace may play against Buffalo on Sunday. Gary Myers criticizes the team for playing WR Braylon Edwards. If they didn't, he would write about how they risked a loss by not playing him. Peter King believes "the beard was hideous". OutHouse FanHouse takes it up a notch, citing owner Woody Johnson's deceased daughter as an example. TE Dustin Keller knows how to eat a goddamn snack! FS Brodney Pool is no fool. Buffalo LB Paul Posluszny may play against the Jets on Sunday. The Jets are considering adding former Buffalo QB Trent Edwards. I think they are actually interested in adding him to the roster, just like with QB Kevin O'Connell from New England and WR Patrick Turner from Miami. Former Jets RB Leon Washington is doing well in Seattle.
Jets great WR Wayne Chrebet wrote a blog about the then-upcoming game last week. I'm sorry I wasn't able to share it with you, as we've had internet problems at work. I've actually had to, you know, be productive or something.
Did you know that the team has an application to applicate for Facebook?
Do you know what a "Stone Cold B.A. Alpha Dog Mofo" is?
Infinite Jets has a seemingly infinite list of questions.

The Broadway play "Lombardi" will have a Wisconsin night when the Packers come to town in a few weeks.
Remember that team who accused the Jets of tampering last year? They're winless and not exactly media-savvy.
Ironically, former Jets assistant Jimmy Raye has been fired as San Francisco OC for poor communication.
Ines Sainz will be reporting from the Manny Pacquiao fight.

WOW that is pretty low, I am really shocked they took it there
“Did Johnson think of his late daughter and wonder if she’d approve of the way he disciplines his work force?”link
.
.
I would think that kind of stuff would be off limits.
"Sorry bro, he Jason Bourned me"- Drama
As to Pool, one could argue that he has won 2 games for the Jets already
His interception on Moss was a huge game turner when Revis was out, and his anticipation on Fasano on the same route that killed them before possibly saved them an OT where the Dolphins would have had the edge.
Quietly he is making plays.
"Sometimes it's the people. Any player can play defense, but not every player will play defense. Sometimes it's a lack of perseverance." - A. Johnson
Right on kv.
Hopefully we see him on the field more and more. Don’t forget that game-saving tackle on Marshall after he broke that weak-ass tackle attempt by Cro and streaked down the sideline.
All plays Rhodes would have been just a bit late for, I would add.
Sick of the BS
Joey Porter-DUI, Nick Kazcur-had to become an informant due to getting caught with an ungodly amount of Oxycontin pills, Matt Jones -DUI/possesion, Byron Westbrook-DUI.
Donte Stallworth-DUI/killed a husband and father and not once did I read anywhere the amount of crap that I am seeing written about Edwards. Please ask Fanhouse where there righteous indignation was when their employee Jay Mariotti was arrested for beating his wife. Are they serious with this nonsense?
