A few preseason QB stats.

There has been a lot of talk about Sanchez lately - mostly concerns with his performance. I decided to check a few other QBs to see how #6 stacked up.

Obviously he hasn't been performing above (most) of these guys, or to a level we all would like him to be at, but I don't feel these are fantastic numbers for any of these guys. I haven't watched any games that didn't involve the Jets, so I don't know how the other QBs have looked, but I still have hopes for Sanchez this season. What do you guys make of these numbers?

All of those other guys have had regular seasons that prove that they can get it done. Sanchez doesn’t.

Don't you fell you have to start somewhere, but maybe if you buy the team then you can go out and get all the super stars you want.

So Fight On USC followers and Don’t worry WE Will Still Play on Saturdays and Bowls will come later, for WE ARE SC not That other Softball University. Oh and don’t say you now have a baseball team, it’s not Real Baseball unless you use Wooden Bats

Qb rating kinda tells the tale in this case. 75% is about right, Sanchez has played slightly better than last year. The comp% numbers are gonna go up due to LDT alone, having a safety valve will do that. 1-1 TD/INT RATIO is also an improvement but not what we need to go all the way. He’s got some work to do.

Sanchez is right where he should be. He’s not in the same class as the others mentioned here. He’s a 2nd year QB with some upside, but a ways to go yet.
