Wilson and Lowery to Get First Team Reps

The Jets will use Dwight Lowery and Kyle Wilson to replace Darrelle Revis in the starting lineup while Revis holds out. 

   In Darrelle Revis' absence, Jets will rotate rookie Kyle Wilson and Dwight Lowery at starting CB, according to Rex Ryan.

If this was the regular season, I would imagine Wilson would start, but this is a good move. He should gets reps on the outside to stay sharp in case of injury. He also needs to work on playing the nickel and learning the finer points of that spot, though, since it is where he will probably spend most of his time.
