Mark Brunell Will Work Out with Jets Tomorrow
Breaking News:
According to Jenny Vrentas and Star-Ledger, a source with direct knowledge of the workout has confirmed that the Jets will work out the 39-year-old free agent QB tomorrow.
The restrictions which were put in place by the Final Eight Plan were lifted last Saturday, and the Jets are now free to sign whomever they wish without having to give up a player first.
Brunell has made one start in the past three seasons. Regardless, the future doesn't look good for Kellen Clemens.

Every time I start having faith in Mike T, he does something like this

I dont like Clemens that much...
But this just doesn’t make any sense to me!
"To be honest with you, it could've used a little more Cowbell!"
leave marc drop kellen and let ainge and oconnel battle it out for the #2 spot and use that $$$$$$$$$$ to pay the guys that earned it
Yeah. Definitely don’t need to carry 4 QBs. Brad Smith can be the 4th in a pinch. And its not like Bruno can play or anything, plus he’s lefty and will mess everything up. Stick with Kellen, who knows the O, and cut Ainge/O’donnell.
I hate Clemens, but Clemens > Ainge, O’Connell combined.

Guys chill out
I know none of us like this move but he’s gonna be our BACKUP QB. If all goes well Brunell will never even get on the field. Plus he might be a good mentor to Sanchez.
Going for #28
Did the Jets need a holder for FGs and PATs
Because that is one thing that I am sure Brunell can do for them.
