Jets Release Training Camp Schedule

As we know, Aug. 2 marks the date when the Jets take the field in Cortland to begin training camp.

Camp concludes with a two-day stretch of practices in Florham Park on Aug. 23/Aug. 24... followed by a the final practice which will be held at Hofsta University the following day (8/25) and begins at 6 p.m..

Just so happy we don't play in Giants Stadium anymore

Any updates on new name, haven’t heard anything for awhile??
Hey the first pratice says closed to the public. Do the rest of them mean the same thing or are they all open except the first one??
Loos like 4 good preseason games to get us ready to capitial kick some asss.

Only the AM practice on the first day is closed to public, rest of them are open.

That might have something to do with ‘Hard Knocks’ too, who knows.

On the new name, haven’t heard anything public except for the bid by AshleyMadison.Com, which looked like more of a publicity stunt than anything.

I hope the name was just for publicity, AshleyMadison.com sounds kind of girly (no offense) IMO

Why can’t a compny like SmashYourFreakingFace.com buy the naming rights, that would be much better. IMO

As far as we’re aware there have only been two reported interested parties in regards to the naming rights…the first was Allianze who sponsor the soccer stadium in Germany with the same exterior color change capability, but because of their involvement with the Nazi’s that was rejected as to not offend anyone, especially the strong Jewish community. Then Ashley Madison, who like Matt said probably put the bid in for publicity reasons only. I can’t imagine we would ever seriously entertain that.
