I just read from the star ledger that the Jets have cut Faneca. I can’t stress enough how bad of a move I think this is.

Are you sure about that? Please provide the link. I know there were plenty of speculation but I haven’t ready anything that confirms it.

Thanks for the link. I’m shocked, actually. Despite all the rumors, I never believed they would do it.

I still don’t think it is real. The move just doesn’t make any sense at all. Why cut him? There is no reasoning behind this.

I’m in a state of denial myself, but I doubt Manish would run with this unless he’s absolutely certain.

if they really did cut faneca i think its a poor decision. cutting VG would have made more financial as well as football sense. maybe next year cut him, so he could mentor ducasse.
if the story is true, i hope they bring him back on a shorter deal for less money like they did to brandon moore a coupla years ago.

Solid Linemen.

Solid linemen. From what i’ve looked up he’s a very good run blocker but needs work in the pass protection area and is still a little bit raw. That being said with the cut of faneca i dont think this kids ready to start on day 1.
