Remember those two guys who booed and got all worked up over the Sanchez pick? I wonder how they feel now. I REALLY wonder how they’ll feel three years from now.

Pace is right

it is good to see other NFL players not afraid to speak their mind on what is right. The NFLPA should be fighting the Big ben suspension, many guys have gotten less for being convicted. As a union steward it is suppose to go by past practices, and if Vick only serves 2 games after being released from jail, why should Ben serve 6 or 4 for what someone alledged.

He wasn’t charged or convicted because the victim refused to testify. Anyone who looks at the fact objectively could draw no other conclusion than that Ben raped that girl.

It should be a season-long suspension for what he did. 4 games is a joke.

Holmes

will help the Jets get to the SB, Jets were close last season and will win next season. I just never see sophmore QBs winning it all, usually there is a little set back before the greatness and the big win

PK picking Best for the Jets at 29

Initially I was like .. wtf is PK smoking. But—you know what, I just read this article from FO about the RBs coming into the draft and omg check this out: blank">http://www.footballoutsiders.com/varsity-numbers/2010/varsity-numbers-poe-and-draftability

Three things I got outta that: 1) if Best stays healthy he’s at the very least not going to be a total bust 2) My boy Tate has a mediocre shot at being really good :( but I think he’s got the skills to beat the odds 3) LeGarrette Blount is looking like the RB steal of the draft for sure.

Personally, I wouldn’t take Best if he got to us… in fact, I don’t think we should go offensive skill positions at all in this draft. But—if we WERE gonna do that, then we should totally grab Blount in the 4th.

There’s a good possibility we pick up a back. I just seriously doubt it’ll be in the first round.

and the home of the... JETS!!!

I've tried to email Revis, but it just shuts down my computer.

I agree with both of you; we’re gonna grab a back sometime this weekend. But i doubt its today. I really like Blount in the fourth; he’s a big man with great feet and fresh legs from sitting out most of last year.

Thats a done deal for a 2nd and a third. Would make tonight pretty boring though.

Completely depends on who is still on the board when it gets to us.

Who would you not pass on for a 2nd and a 3rd?

by Crackback on Apr 22, 2010 5:37 PM EDT up reply actions

Brandon Graham without a doubt, someone like Earl Thomas, very unlikely I know, my point was just that you have to see who is there, remember that 2nd, is really just our first, so it’s more, who would you pass on for a 3rd……instead of who would you pass on for a 2nd and 3rd.
