McDaniels
You know what, This Mcdaniels as our OC next year actually sounds like a good thing. I am down with this. Now lets get Rex and Tanny on board

I dunno.
I actually like the idea, but I don’t know how that would mesh with Rex. Can’t say I’d mind having one of Belechick’s guys on our side for some insight. I’m so sick of Schotty that short of hiring Jimmy Raye, I’ll take just about anyone at this point.
what about that old tex tech guy, Leech (i think)?
Yeah he’s a college spread guy, but is he a creative mind? I guess I’m thinking that if he’s a great offensive mind, then he can create an offense based around certain principles that don’t necess have to be rooted in the spread. Maybe he can create ways to run the ball.
I just want a guy that can fashion an offense to fit the skills of our personnel; and that can be aggressive and attacking.

Interesting...
He’d be interesting, that’s for sure! I think he’d be better than the “grunt and punt” offense mentioned below. (That’s hilarious.)
