This is not the bitterly cold day for which we might wish in a game against a team from Miami. Considering Nick Folk is struggling and seems to lack confidence, less than ideal conditions are probably not good news for the Jets. It also might slow down the talent the Jets have at receiver.

I tend to think this will help Miami a bit.

"I think they think that we want to run the ball or throw short passes because of the element,"

“But, our game plan is to take as many deep shots as possible and not run the ball at all to catch them off guard.” Yeah, I could see that happening with as nonsensical as our offensive play calling has been.

All I can think of looking at that picture is The Naked Gun scene.

Your right John the weather definitely favors Miami. Perhaps this will prompt Schotty to give Greene the ball more and no deep passes from Sanchez. I can see the ball either getting hung up and floating or it slipping out of his hand when he goes to throw it. With this weather they should follow the Pats gameplan and do quick slants and crossing routes and try to get some YAC.
