Nobody is biting on his pump fake. The only fake that Green Bay bit on is when he turned his hips as if he was going to throw, but didn't pump fake with his arms.
When he was in a rut last year it was the same thing. Someone told him to stop pump faking every other play last year and he, surprise, threw more accurately.
If you pump fake every down, no one believes you. A pump fake has to be ultra rare and only works if the receiver is selling too.
Mr. Pump Fake is back again, after a week off I guess old habits return. Somebody get the kid straightened out again.
It's painful watching this kid pump fake with almost every passing down, and then throw off target to the actual intended receiver. The pump faking can't help, even if he thinks in his head it does. Probably messes with the mechanics of the actual throw he needs to make.
