COMPLETELY. They are sitting on the short pass.

Why in the world would the Jets not see this????

what did we do on our bye week exactly?

Ah. When the box is stacked the answer is not the Wildcat and reverses.

When the box is stacked you have to pass. Sorry to say it, but that is what the defense is giving you.

Unfortunately

Our passer is not equipped to compete versus strong defenses. So if there are many guys in the box, our best option might be to get them to over commit to one direction

doesn't the rule say the tie goes to the reciever?

so if they both have the ball on the ground and the reciever is down, doesn’t that mean the play is dead? or are the announcers talking out of their asses when they say that?

with about 6 minutes left. I don’t know how almost everyone here missed it. Dude was on the ground, with the ball in his arms, and Woodson picked it up just for the hell of it.

The play itself shouldn't have even been called.

It was a stupid call to ANOTHER short pass when every short pass was being covered close. You are just asking for something to happen.

The principal is that it is STUPID to make a high risk NO reward call.

Things happen when you throw into tight coverage against one of the best defenders in the league with almost no gain. Stupid. The ball could have been tipped. It could have been intercepted purely. 100 things could happen there.

You don't see that the reception itself was not clear. In slo-mo it is, but

it wasn’t in real time. Its like a fumble scrum.

You risk these kinds of things happen when you throw into tight coverage for no reason.

It's like all the routes were either short passes or long bombs w/ 1 on 1 coverage

except the receivers were well covered. They should have attacked the middle of the field more often. Since they played a lot of zone, they should have attacked the soft spots in the zone coverage.
