He and I have always worked the games together, set up the call sheet together, so a lot of the calls are kind of pre-made based on if they’re in this personnel grouping. A lot of it’s predetermined beforehand…

This might explain why the Jets are so bad at backing off a plan, or making in game, or even halftime adjustments. Too much belief in the “call sheet”.
